TV host-comedian Vice Ganda expressed his desire to congratulate his husband, Ion Perez, on his gold medal in a grueling cycling competition in Nueva Ecija.

On social media, Unkabogable celebrity Vice Ganda expressed his admiration and pride for his husband Ion Perez after the latter’s victory at the ATTCK UNRSTRKTD Gravel, a premier cycling event in Nueva Ecija on February 22, 2026.

According to Vice, “You wanted it. Worked hard for it. And you made it.”

Vice has consistently supported his husband Ion, encouraging him through his silent hardships as well as his well-deserved triumphs. He demonstrated by his comments that he understands his struggles, has faith in his abilities, and would always be there for him no matter how challenging the path becomes.

He wrote, “I see the battles you silently face everyday. I root for you. Even if it’s really hard you always choose to get up and try. You are winning babe.”

He also expressed, “You are winning! And I am very very proud of you!!! I love you so much Noi ko!”

The same warmth and devotion echoed from Ion.

Ion replied with a poignant message of his own, reiterating their love and appreciation for each other.

Friends and celebrities also left sincere remarks for the hosts of It’s Showtime.

Along with encouraging his husband as Ion displayed his medal from the finish, Vice also posted a video of Ion holding a cake with the words “Congratulations” written on the top on his Instagram story.

Vice first revealed his relationship with Ion in October 2019 following a performance of “Magpasikat” on It’s Showtime. By then, viewers had grown accustomed to seeing Ion, who had originally appeared on the show as Kuya Escort during the Miss Q&A segment.

When Vice and Ion got married in October 2021 in Las Vegas, it was a significant turning point in their romance.
