The variety noontime show “It’s Showtime” is generating news after it was reported that it would soon be aired on GTV.
ABS-CBN issued a statement on Tuesday stating that the noontime show would begin airing on the aforementioned free television channel by GMA on July 1.
It will also continue to run on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and TFC at the same time.
The offer came after the original “Eat Bulaga” hosts departed TAPE Inc. and GMA for TV5, where it will take over It’s Showtime’s time slot starting July 1.

Following the news, the hosts of “It’s Showtime” turned to social media to speak about their show’s new home.
