Tito Boy Abunda rejected certain internet articles claiming he was advocating a cryptocurrency program for people to invest in.

Tito Boy said on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” this Tuesday that he received a call from former President and current House Senior Deputy Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, who requested him to clear the situation as well. Tito Boy denied speaking with Arroyo.

“This is not true. This is a scam,” said the King of Talk. Tito Boy claims that this is not the first time his name has been linked to cryptocurrencies.

“Sa gilid kasi ng platform, may mga testimonials na yumaman dahil sa cryptocurrency, etc. Easy money ‘ika nga. Natakot ang mga bangko, ayaw ilabas dahil former President Gloria Arroyo ay kumita ng malaking pera,” Tito Boy remarked of the program’s advertising.

“Hindi po ito totoo. This is fake, this is not true, and I did not do an interview with the former president. ‘Yan po, and that is true talk,” Tito Boy emphasized.

A cryptocurrency is a digital money that was produced via the use of encryption techniques. Because of the use of encryption technology, cryptocurrencies may act as both a money and a virtual accounting system.
