Vhong Navarro eventually made his way back to It’s Showtime, where he opened up about his experience in the detention facility.

Vhong had a short release in December of the previous year. He was overjoyed by the court’s decision since it allowed him to celebrate the holidays with his family.

Fans have been waiting for his comeback to Showtime since he was freed, and it finally happened on Monday.

Vhong also stated that he missed their noontime program when he was in the detention facility simply because he missed his co-hosts more. He then revealed what he had experienced inside.

“Kapag nandoon ka sa loob, ang hirap. Nakita ko ang inmates ko sa NBI, sa Taguig, naaawa ako sa mga walang dumadalaw sa kanila, ang iba ay iniwan ng pamilya, At ‘yung iba ay parang katulad ko na wala namang ginawa pero nandoon. Ite-test ka talaga ni God, kung ano ang faith mo sa Kanya,” Vhong stated.
