Herlene Nicole Policarpio Budol, also known as “Hipon Girl,” is a Filipino comedian, model, actress, beauty pageant winner, and the host of the variety game program Wowowin. Budol rose to prominence after appearing on the Wowowin episode “Willie of Fortune.”

Herlene is now participating as candidate number 8 in the famous Binibining Pilipinas pageant. She just presented her national costume, which is inspired by the Higantes Festival in her birthplace of Angono, Rizal.
