Neri Naig has listed the condominium apartment where she first met her husband, Chito Miranda, for sale for P6.5 million.

Yesterday, July 19, the famous mom and entrepreneur announced that she was selling the home while posting a photo of it on Instagram. Naig’s three-bedroom condo apartment is at Pasig City’s Riverfront Residences by DMCI Homes.

“Binebenta ko na ang condo ko sa Riverfront DMCI kase may bago akong project na gagawin. Ikot-ikot lang pampuhunan,” she said.

Naig then revealed how she met the Parokya ni Edgar leader at a playground near her apartment at the start of their relationship.

“‘Di ko kase binigay ‘yung exact condo unit ko baka kase stalker ‘to at baka palaging nasa labas na ng condo ko. Nag-feeling agad ako,” she remembered.

Aside from three bedrooms, Naig’s condo has a veranda, a parking space underneath it, and a laundry cage on the roof deck. It also includes access to a shared clubhouse, ballroom, karaoke room, gym, and swimming pool.

Naig realized her ambition of acquiring a property in Baguio City last month. The property will be used as a rest stop for her and her family.

Meanwhile, Naig just graduated from the University of Baguio with a business degree and shared photos from her college graduation, which took place last month.
