On October 6, President Bongbong Marcos led a rice distribution event in Roxas City, Capiz, where beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) received much-needed assistance. This initiative aimed to provide essential support to those in need within the community. Notably, former senator and former Interior and Local Government secretary Mar Roxas, who hails from Capiz, also graced the event with his presence.
