A male teacher was apprehended following accusations that he ran away with his 11-year-old student and subjected her to multiple instances of abuse at a motel in Valenzuela City.

It is reported that the victim did not return home on September 3 after the teacher allegedly manipulated the child into joining him, as captured on the CCTV camera in the motel’s lobby.

He was caught on CCTV with the child, who proceeded directly to the second floor. They were then captured on camera carrying their bags to a room and remained there for over 24 hours.

People have mentioned that the motel should also be held responsible for allowing Kevin Ong and an 11-year-old child to enter.

Some netizens commented that Kevin Ong is a MAPEH teacher. Although it was not revealed where Kevin Ong teaches, according to comments from netizens who claim to know him, he teaches at Imus Pilot Elementary School.

The NBI also found that beginning in June, the teacher had been calling the victim to his office three times a week while s*xually ab*sing her. He even made the 11-year old victim take pills to avoid pregnancy.

“Nandoon ‘yung paghingi ko ng tawad, hindi naman mawawala ‘yun, andu’n ‘yung totoong nararamdaman ko na nagsisisi naman talaga ako,” Kevin Ong said in an interview.

He was accused of statutory rape, child abuse, and abduction of minors with no bail.
