Inah Simon, a friend of famous vloggers Kath Melendez and Ryan Armenta, exposes evidences regarding the issue.

On December 2022, it was revealed that KathRyee was prepared to refund the merchandise that Aira Jane barredo had filed a complaint against. Ms. Ayang, on the other hand, did not answer but instead opted to vent her frustrations on social media regarding her complaints.

Recently, KathRyee decided to charge Ms. Ayang of cyberlibel and unjust vexation.

“Marami po siyang posts na mga kasiraan and hindi naman po para patulan pa siya kasi alam naman po natin na social media influencer po kami,” Kath stated in a press conference in Manila.

“Ayaw po namin ng negativity and lalong-lalo nang hindi po namin tinotolerate mga ganoong tao, kaya kung pwedeng daanin sa legal o sa tamang paraan, doon po tayo sa tamang paraan,” she added.

According to Inah Simon’s post, Aira seemed like she was only using KathRyee’s name for her to be relevant. Aira claimed she was robbed of 8.5 million worth of defective stocks, but on Inah’s post, it was revealed that it was worth 5 million.

It was also revealed on Aira’s document that the real reason of her asking for a refund was not about rejected products, but cancellation of contract agreement and FDA warning.

Inah Simon wrote, “Gumising ka naman sa katotohanan, pera pa rin ba nasa isip mo? Ako na mag compute para sayo isama mo pa po ang titulo ninyo.”

“5M worth of refund tapos 2M worth ng titulo mo. Nasan ang 18.5M na pinagsasabi po ninyo? Tamang computation naman oh Parang di ka po nag grade twooo nyan“

Inah added, “Compute tayo 148.50 sq meter x 4,500 (from zonal value)= PHP 668,250 kahit anong gawin mo kahit 15k per sqm hindi ka aabot ng 10M yan.”

“WORTH 10M? TOTOO BA? Yung 148.50 SQM in the area ninyo sa antipolo? Ayan ang zonal value ginawa ko pa yang times 3. NI HINDE PUMALO ng 2.5M. Saan mo nakuha yung sinasabing mong 10M na titulo mo, hinde mo ba alam na isa ito sa reason kung bakit kinancel nila ang memorandum of agreement sayo? O baka sabihin mo ito yung cancellation of contract agreement? Words nyan magkaiba baka ano na naman sabihin mo.”

To end her long post, Inah wrote, “Kahit may 6.2M followers ang mga kaibigan ko never ka nakarinig ng pambabastos at pambubully nila sayo dahil matitino silang tao. Kaya siguro dikit ka ng dikit sakanila para maambunan ka.”

“Kase pag nag popromote promote ka ng products mo walang nanunuod sayo pero pag sila content mo trending ka, nakakaawa naman po kayo wala po ba kayong sariling branding?”

“Hirap mag move on no? Minsan ka lang makakatagpo ng mga totoong tao katulad nila. Di mo sila deserve SISA NA ADVANCED MAG-ISIP. Regards nalang kay BABA-SILYO/BAGANG-SILYO”.
