In response to the bad weather, some local governments imposed class suspensions.
A Low Pressure Area was observed 130 kilometers southeast of Cuyo, Palawan, and formed within the Intertropical Convergence Zone, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration.
The LPA and ITCZ will have an impact on southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
