Wilfredo Buendia Revillame, or Willie “Kuya Wil” Revillame, is a multitalented Filipino entertainer who has worked as a TV host, comedian, drummer, singer, songwriter, actor, and businessman. He was known for hosting shows Wowowin, Wowowee, and Wowowillie (Willing Willie).

He was usually seen giving cash prizes, a cherry mobile, and a jacket on his shows. One of his iconic phrases was “Bigyan ng jacket!”

Recently, “Mommy Oni” Toni Fowler has been giving away iPhone 14 and cash. She also offered to give TWICE concert tickets to her supporters.

On a Facebook post by PGAG, Kuya Wil and Toni Fowler were compared as they both gave other people cash prizes. The page captioned “Si mommy oni ang makabagong kuya wil.”

The page PGAG commented on their post, clarifying the meaning behind the meme.

The page quoted, “Guys wag na kayo mag away away, meme lang to. Hindi naman mahalaga kung sino ang ‘mas’ maraming naitulong o naipamigay. Ang importante, pareho nilang nagagawa yung gusto nilang gawin which is yung makatulong sa kapwa.”

Some netizens said that Kuya Wil gave those to other people because of his will to offer, while Toni Fowler only did it for clout and the sake of vlog views.
