In Kidapawan City, a police detained for beating his girlfriend was discovered to be married to another woman.

A raged man was just captured on video punching a girl said to be his “kabit.” Alias Shiela, is married and resides in Kanapia Subdivision, Kidapawan City, where she bathes in her own blood.

The officer arrived intoxicated and fought with Alias Shiela because the girl was about to break up with him when she realized he was also married and wanted to make a change in his life, according to the story. But, Lumancas grew upset when he realized that Alias Shiela had a new relationship, which was the reason she wanted to end her relationship with him.

As a result, the police beat the victim. Lumancas’ assault on the woman was only stopped when barangay officials and city police came and took the victim to the hospital. The victim’s family intends to file an official complaint against Lumancas.
