The Philippine National Police claimed that they had done all possible to investigate the de@th of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo.

The people of Negros Oriental are mourning the unexpected loss of their governor, Roel Degamo, and three others who were k!lled in an attack on his residence in Pamplona on Saturday, March 4.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) thinks the other suspects in Governor Roel Degamo’s k!lling are still on Negros Island. The province now has strict security measures in place, as well as checkpoints.

According to an ABS-CBN News report, the PNP is reaching the end of its probe into the de@th of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo. According to Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) Police/Lieutenant Colonel Gerard Pelare, an accused mastermind in the Governor’s assassination has already been discovered.

The PNP SITG is now investigating the forensic examinations of the escape cars and firearms utilized in the attack. Pelare also stated that they have discovered their owners.

“We have done everything… ginagawa na lang is final touches of investigation,” he stated.
