The Low-Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 285 km East Southeast of Davao City (5.7°N, 127.8°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. Cloudy skies with rains will be experienced over Batanes, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, and Apayao while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected over Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Aurora caused by Northeast Monsoon.

Moderate to Strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and Aurora Province. The coastal waters will be Rough to Very Rough.

Light to moderate with occasional heavy (2.5-4.5 with occasional 7.5-15 liters/meter² per hour) rains affecting Cebu; SouthernLeyte; Leyte; Biliran; the southern portion of EasternSamar; the southern portion of Samar; Negros Oriental; Siquijor; Negros Occidental which may continue for 2-3 hours and may affect nearby areas.
