Months after his divorce from fellow singer Moira Dela Torre, Jason Marvin Hernandez has released another song about regretting a mistake and releasing a loved one.

In his song “All I Can Do,” released on YouTube yesterday, Oct. 26, the singer-songwriter discussed blaming a loved one for his “weakness” when he was supposed to be the one to “confess.”

“If only I can go back, for even just two weeks / I’d stop myself from wanting all the things I shouldn’t seek / You know I love you with all my heart / But the devil got to me,” he sings.

Hernandez then addressed the loved one, stating that they are entitled to know the “truth” from him, even if it means releasing them.

“All I Can Do” is Hernandez’s follow-up to the song “Ako Nalang,” which fans assumed was about his divorce from Dela Torre.

In “Ako Nalang,” Hernandez also admitted to making a mistake and expressed sadness over the end of a relationship. He also claimed that the song “saved him” at a time when he was “drowning” in sadness and regret.

However, Dela Torre was bombarded with questions about whether her song “Babalik Sa’yo” is related to her marriage, but she dismissed them and told fans not to be “marupok” (fragile).

Hernandez announced his divorce from Dela Torre in May, admitting that he had cheated on the “Paubaya” singer. Dela Torre initially remained silent on the matter, but ended up breaking her silence to deny rumors that she had also cheated on him.
