The victims of SuperTyphoon Karding (Noru) are addressed in a message by Vice President of the Philippines Sara Duterte.
Typhoon Karding (Noru) is departing the Philippines and is anticipated to depart the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on September 26 in the evening.
The southwest monsoon, also known as the hanging habagat, provides rain to a number of regions in the country, including the western regions of Southern Luzon and the Visayas, even if it travels away from PAR.
On the other side, the typhoon left many communities flooded and in trouble, with Signal No. 5 being the highest wind signal raised during the height of the onslaught. The assault also resulted in a numerous number of people who passed away.
Sara Duterte, the present vice president, also expressed sympathy to the typhoon victims’ families and expressed her concern for the affected people. She also expresses sympathy to the families of the people who lost their lives.
She assured the general public that President Bongbong Marcos is “on top of the situation” in the statement. Additionally, the administration works together with “national agencies and local government units to ensure immediate response and efficient delivery of relief services”.
