Missing Man Was Discovered Deád at a Vacant Lot in Concepcion, Tarlac

A lifeless individual who had been missing for days was discovered in Concepcion, Tarlac, at a vacant lot.

Jesterson Camero, the victim who had been disappeared, had been discovered deád in a vacant area in Barangay Santa Rosa. The victim’s remains were covered in plastic while the area was cemented.

The remains were so badly decomposed that the police authorities had trouble even identifying him. On Camero’s body, the police discovered wounds and hematomas that were evidence of torture.

In addition, according to police staff sergeant Janus Yumol of Concepcion Police Station, “Sinementuhan, actually nakagapos siya ng straw na tali. Mayroon nang initial… [investigation], allegedly pinaghahataw ng bote sa mukha.” 

The Caloocan police allegedly worked with the Concepcion police after learning details about the location of the victim’s remains from a person of interest.

According to Concepcion police, the person was not kílled there. The autopsy’s findings are still being awaited by the authorities.
