A total of 120,863 out of 231,002 (52.32%) successfully hurdled the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) conducted in at least 34 test centers nationwide and in Thailand on October 2, 2022, PRC announced Friday, December 16.
Baby Patricia Tabamo Bensi and Ma. Catherine Cauba both garnered a 94.60 percent rating to top the Elementary Level. A total of 49,783 elementary teachers out of 91,468 examinees or 54.43 percent passed the examination.

For Secondary Level, Jessiree Flores Pantilgan also garnered 94.60 percent rating to make it to first place. A total of 71,080 secondary teachers out of 139,534 examinees or 50.94% successfully hurdled the examination.
βIt is further announced that of the 49,783 elementary teacher passers, 29,183 are first timers and 20,600 are repeaters. For the secondary teachers, 50,549 passers are first timers and 20,531 are repeaters,β the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
Meanwhile, Philippine Normal University is the first placer among the top performing schools with 50 or more examinees and with at least 80 percent passing percentage. There were with 78 out of 82 or 95.12 percent who passed the exams.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announce that 4,883 elementary teachers out of 8,726 examinees (55.96%) and 10,318 secondary teachers out of 17,863 examinees (57.76%) passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) held on September 26, 2021 in 26 testing centers throughout the Philippines. It is also stated that 3,908 of the 4,883 primary teachers who passed the exam are first-timers, while 975 are repeaters. There are 9,286 first-time passers and 1,032 repeaters among secondary teachers.
The Board for Professional Teachers is comprised of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron, and Dr. Nora M. Uy.
The following documents are required for the issuance of a Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID): 1) Notice of Admission (for identification only); 2) downloaded duly completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; 3) two passport-size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag); 4) two sets of documentary stamps; and 5) one short brown envelope.Examinees who pass the exam should PERSONALLY register and sign into the Roster of Registered Professionals.
