The official trailer for Julia Barretto and Carlo Aquino’s forthcoming film “Expensive Candy” is now available.

Barretto posted the three-minute teaser to her YouTube profile on Saturday, along with the announcement that the film will be shown in theaters nationally on September 14.

Barretto plays Candy, a s3x pr0stitut3, in the film. She then encounters Aquino’s character, a schoolteacher.

Jason Paul Laxamana wrote and directed the film. Barretto and Laxamana are collaborating on this project since Laxamana directed her 2019 film “Between Maybes,” in which she co-starred with her current partner Gerald Anderson.
