In the Vivamax film Tahan, actor JC Santos decided to share his wife Shyleena Herrera’s views on his romantic scenes with newcomer actress Cloe Barretto.

JC plays Cloe’s high school boyfriend in this film, but they were distanced for a long period of time. When they had the opportunity to reconnect, JC’s character would not let Cloe’s personality go.

Nevertheless, their romance is hindered by Cloe’s mother, played by veteran actress Jaclyn Jose, who pushes her daughter to become a high-class prost$tute. Jaclyn’s character will k*ll any men who get engaged with her daughter, so JC’s character must save her.

According to the article in Bandera, JC Santos would have to do rom*ntic scenes with Cloe Barretto and the actor stated that his wife is alright with all of this.

“Yes, okay lang for my wife to watch this film. I think hindi naman siya mao-offend kahit may s*xy scenes ako. She knows I’m an actor and confident akong ok lang sa kanya yun,”  the actor said.

Meanwhile, JC stated that after reading the script, he came to the realization Cloe’s role is challenging. With this, he considered ways to assist his leading lady and showcase her identity.

“With the support of Direk Bobby Bonifacio and Ms. Jaclyn, I think we were able to help naman Cloe para maitawid niya nang maayos ang napakahirap niyang role,” the actor stated. 

Cloe was also praised by JC as a promising actress. Cloe would be able to present her abilities to him if given the proper projects.
