At around 8:44 am on Wednesday, the manager of a grocery in Barangay Pico in La Trinidad, Benguet, published CCTV footage showing the destruction caused by the earthquake inside the building. The shelves were shaken wildly by the earthquake.
As the shaking persisted, many shopping products dropped to the floor. The latter claimed it to be the strongest earthquake he had ever felt in his whole life.
The structure was undamaged, according to the store manager, but fragile goods fell and were spread within.

“Sa building, wala namang napinsala, ‘yung mga paninda lang po ang na-damage lalo na ‘yung mga babasagin tulad ng mga alak, spread, at ibang mga item na nasa bottle,” Salaysay stated.
After the incident, Salaysay promptly cleans up the debris and organizes the shop. Just few hours after the earthquake, the operation was resumed.
