The writer recommended President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. appoint Clarita Carlos as the next National Security Adviser (NSA).
Carlos obtained a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from the University of the Philippines, as well as master’s and doctoral degrees in Political Science.
She conducted her post-doctoral study in political psychology and Comparative Foreign Policy Analysis at Cornell University and the University of California in Los Angeles, correspondingly.
From 1998 until October 2001, she was also President of the National Defense College of the Philippines.
Carlos has given talks at the National Defense University and the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats in the United States.
She is a nationally known pioneer in Political Psychology.
Clarita Carlos has been named the new National Security Adviser.
However, writer Krizette Laureta Chu believes Carlos should not be appointed National Security Adviser.
According to her, Carlos does not think that there is recruitment in schools for the New People’s Army (NPA).
“The NSA is our CIA.” And she is very ill equipped if she doesn’t believe in the years of intelligence reports gathered by your very own armed forces, ” she stated.
The Central Intelligence Agency is the federal government of the United States’ civilian foreign intelligence service.
Here is Krizette Laureta Chu’s remark:
The Marcos Jr. camp has yet to respond to the writer’s remarks.
