The pandemic helped her gain a lot of knowledge, and it also encouraged her to get into shape. She used to exercise four to five times a week before the pandemic.
She has attempted several diets, but none of them has resulted in her losing weight. However, over the last several years, she has been able to control it with consistency, dedication, and hard work. She did it mostly for her own health, not to improve her physical attractiveness.

“And I realized, siyempre lahat tayo maraming realizations nung pandemic, na parang, actually, yung aesthetics will just follow, e. Having a beautiful body will just follow. But, you know, parang main priority talaga is having a healthy lifestyle and having a healthy body,” Bea shared.
And, with the virus on the road, being physically active will go a long way toward preventing disease.
The actress went on to say that eating healthy, working out, and taking care of your body seems to be doing your part, and the rest would take care of itself. You will enjoy the rewards in the long run, and she thinks that positive things will simply follow if you make the first move to live a healthy lifestyle with commitment.
