On Thursday, President Rodrigo Duterte remarked that he could only appreciate women by looking at them.

On his way out of the office on June 30, Duterte stated that he couldn’t do anything further because he was too old.

“Ang trabaho ko na lang ngayon magtingin ng magandang babae.  Okay na ako, tingin lang,” Duterte stated in an address to the Philippine Postal Office.

“Hindi ako naga-abduct, hindi ako nag-aano. Basta tingin lang kasi matanda na,” he explained.

The President assured the nation that he would simply stare since it is all he could do.

Duterte expressed gratitude to God for providing him with additional years to experience the wonders of technologies and gadgets.

He, on the other hand, said that he was too elderly to completely benefit from them.

“Ang problema lang I must confess  am really ignorant of all these things. Hindi nga ako makagamit ng cellphone  na digital,” Duterte stated.

He also added that “Du’n lang ako sa Nokia. ‘Yan lang ang gamit ko. Nag-practice ako, isang tuldok ko, tatlong letra ang lumalabas.”

According to him, the brain was no longer “receptive to new learning.”

“Kaya lang ako nandito and I marvel at the innovations now… At pasalamat ako sa Diyos na inabot ko, binigyan pa ako ng ilang tao, the marvels of electroncs and digital things,” Duterte added.
