Heaven Lyan Salvador Peralejo is a Filipina actress and television personality best known for her 2016 appearance on the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7.

Heaven is a 22-year-old young actress from Makati. She is the niece of ex-actors Rica Peralejo and Paula Peralejo. Her parents divorced when she was young owing to a long-distance relationship. In February 2015, her mother was diagnosed with uterine cancer.

In “Magandang Buhay” this Friday, Peralejo insisted that despite everything, she has many lessons who learned even from the “Marites” in every bad story that people make and share with her, she said that she would not waste her time in dealing with such things instead she would enjoy her life instead getting stuck from negativity.
