After only a few days as mayor of Manila, Isko Moreno Domagoso cleansed the city’s overcrowded streets, worked to restore the city’s cultural legacy, and cautioned schools of class suspensions. For the upcoming elections, Moreno will be the representative of Aksyon Demokratiko.

He voiced his belief that he would be able to complete the task and produce results. Furthermore, after addressing the sewerage issues reported by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the actor-turned-politician wanted to reopen the Manila Zoo. Tourism Secretary Bernadette Puyat applauded Moreno’s efforts.

“Ako po, aplikante po ninyo. I can get things done, kaya ko po ‘yung trabaho at may resulta at may pruweba. ‘Yan po ang aking obligasyon sa inyo,” Moreno said during the KBP Presidential Candidates Forum.

(I am your applicant for the job. I can get things done. I can do the job, and there are results to prove it. That is my commitment to you.)

If Mayor Isko Moreno is elected, Moreno will offer his proposals for the Philippines. Increased funding for housing projects was one of them.,
