A 16-year-old woman from Cotabato City went viral after she founds out that her face looks like a 50-year old woman.

Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho features this 16-year-old girl name Raizel and founds out what happened to her face. According to Raizel, “Sixteen years old lang po ako, pero ganito po ang hitsura ko. Hindi ko po alam kung anong nangyari. Napansin ko na lang po na biglang kumukulubot ‘yung balat ko. Nagsimula siya sa leeg ko. Tinatanong ako ng mga tao kung ano raw ang nangyari sa akin. Bakit daw biglang tumanda ang hitsura ko eh ang bata-bata ko pa.”

“Hindi ko po sila masagot. Kasi hindi ko rin po alam kung ano ang kondisyon ko. Para na pong ampalaya ‘yung balat ko sa sobrang kulubot! Sana po mawala na po ang karamdaman ko kung ano man ito,” she added.

According to some Netizens, “It’s PROGERIA, Progeria is a specific type of progeroid syndrome, also known as Hutchinson-Gilford syndrome. Progeroid syndromes are a group of diseases with premature aging.”

Some called it Cutis Laxa syndrome, the term “cutis laxa” is Latin for loose or lax skin, and this condition is characterized by skin that is sagging and not stretchy (inelastic). The skin often hangs in loose folds, causing the face and other parts of the body to have a droopy appearance.
