Stand-up comedian and former Wowowin co-host Le Chazz Nightingale — Richard Yuzon in real life — passed away this Saturday afternoon, May 1. Le Chazz died when he was found at his home in the Kamuning area, Quezon City.

The real cause of death of Le Chazz is still being under investigation. AJ Tamiza, the friend, fellow stand-up comedian, and Le Chazz’s partner in all of its gigs took care of the remains of the deceased who were brought to Mary Immaculate Funeral Homes.

In Facebook post of Sucaldito Jobert, “Ang isa sa pinakamamahal kong anak-anakang si Le Chazz (Richard Vargas Yuzon) ay lumisan na. Nawa’y sumalangit ang kanyang kaluluwa. Maligayang paglalakbay anak. Magkasama na kayo ng papa mo sa langit.”

AJ said about Le Chazz, “May sakit po siyang diabetes. At due to COVID-19, na-stress at na-depress po siya kaya pumayat. Yung kumplikasyon ng sakit niya po ang tingin kong naging cause ng death niya.”

Just this February, Le Chazz visited Willie Revillame’s program Wowowin.
