A two (2) young heroes praised in Sarangani, Davao Occidental after they swim the ocean for more than 2 hours to asked help for the stranded people in the middle of the sea.

According to the report of RMN GenSan, “passengers were supposed to return to Balut Island on a boat after the engine was broken and trapped in the Sarangani Strait’s deep side, far away from the island’s land.”

The bravery of the two young people named is Pelindo Engkong, and Jeric Mabuka, age 14 and 15 years old.

There is no life jacket, and only a riddle icebox became a swimming assistant. Because of what they did, 9 lives were saved on the Boat after asking for help from residents in the area.

While there’s a lot of thanks to the families that were saved and they recognized the young heroes who were talking about.
