A female driver got arrested after she was caught on video hitting a traffic enforcer in Malate, Manila has been arrested and charged by the police on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
The authorities identified the driver as Pauline Mae Altamirano Salamero from Calamba, Laguna.
Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) enforcer Marcos Meneses gives a violation ticket to Salamero on disregarding traffic signs at the Osmeña Highway corner San Andres St.

Marcos Meneses check the vehicle registration and he also found out that the lady driver did not have a driver’s license.
In the video posted by Manila City, Public Information Office (PIO) on its Facebook page, Salamero caught hitting, cursing, and grabbing Meneses while asking to give back the car registration.
Salamero has been charged for violation of Section 19 of RA 4136, Article 148 (Direct Assault), and Article 151 (Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority of the Agent of Such Person) of the Revised Penal Code. (Source Manila Bulletin)
