After some netizens mentioned his name in the comment section of another video shared by Jon Gutierrez, Jelai Andres decided to give a statement. Jelay clarified that last year she allegedly wanted them to be together but Jon said he didn’t want to because he hadn’t asked for an apology from his father.

“Pero paglabas lock in taping pinabayaan nako at nag enjoy na sila po. Kinalimutan na counselling at lahat lahat. Miss na miss nila isat isa.”

It was only later that Jon allegedly talked to her when the issue came up.

“Napaasa kami lahat. Nauto ako. Trauma paulit ulit. Ano naman po kaya nrramdamn ng parents ko at family sa nangyre sakin? Clear ko lng po name ko po para lang po alam niyo. Salamat po. Hindi to pwede privately kasi nababasa ko dito public eh d ko maeexplain side ko kasi naka public to. Salamat po.”
