The President asks vaccine czar Galvez about the delivery date of vaccines from India. Galvez says PH expecting 2.3 million vaccine doses this month.

Duterte: Gusto ko malaman ng mga tao that we will be discussing the time and the actual inoculation of the rest of the Filipinos.

Health Sec Duque assures the allocation of second Sinovac dose for recipients. Duque recommends distribution of all AstraZeneca vaccines as first dose; gets WHO to commit delivery of another supply for second dose.

Duque says PH has 53,479 active cases; cites high recovery rate. Duque urges LGUs to enhance preventive interventions, early detection, active case finding. Apart from testing, Duque says aggressive contact tracing must be pursued.

President Duterte reiterates that the government must provide face masks for everybody: We have to provide a mask for everybody. Kung yung tao walang pera pambili ng mask, how do you expect compliance?
