Cloudy skies with light rains is expected over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan caused by northeast monsoon.

Moderate winds coming from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province with slight to moderate seas.
