A young woman was g*ng r*ped by three men in Licab, Nueva Ecija. According to the victim, she was invited by her boyfriend, Nathaniel, for dinner but instead of going to a restaurant, she was brought to a house wherein two of his friends were drinking.

Suspects were Nathaniel Dela Cruz, 19, Joseph Esguerra, 22, and Francis Ngangac, 24.

After she got drunk, her boyfriend brought her to a vacant room. His two other friends followed them and the three men took advantage of the victim.

The medical report shows that the victim was indeed raped. Nathaniel Dela Cruz admits that she was his girlfriend but denies her accusations. Joseph and Francis refused to give statement.

The suspects will be facing Republic Act 8353 (Anti-Rape Law Republic) in relation to Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
