Viral now in social media the disappointed brother of netizens after her sister was brought to the jail after she was caught removing her facemasks for the reason of drinking juice.

Based on the Facebook post of Clem G Sarmiento Gutierrez he shared the photos of his sister that was arrested by the authorities for temporarily removing her face mask.

According to Clem, her sister really takes off her mask temporarily because she is drinking juice after heading back to Basta Supermarket for her duty. Several police officers arrested her over an alleged violation of health protocols.

Based on the report, Gutierez apologized and begged the police not to arrest her sister for committing a minor violation. The woman goes with the cops thinking they would just report the incident at Kabading Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City.

However, the cops brought her to the headquarters in Antipolo City. The victim was also brought to Antipolo City Hospital System- Annex ll and returned to jail for detention.

According to Clem, his sister has a heart disease and asthma and her detention might harm her health.

“pag may nangyari sa KAPATID ko dyan sa loob ng ANTiPOLO CITY JAIL mananagot kayo sa kinauukulan .. ilang beses na ko nakiusap na baka pwedeng wag ng ikulong dahil facemask lng naman ang violation. Umiinom lang sya ng juice pabalik sa Basta Supermarket na pinapasukan nya matapos kumain ng tanghalian ng mahuli sila ng pulis, sumama naman ang kapatid ko sa pag aakalang dadalin sa Kabading Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City pero dinala sila sa Headquarters ng Antipolo City at pag labas nila sila ay PINOSASAN at dinala sa Antipolo City Hostipal System- Annex ll para i-medical at ibinalik sa headquarters at ikinulong.  ANO SYA KRIMINAL PARA POSASAN AT IKULONG??? 
Nakikiusap kameng wag na ikulong kasi may sakit sa puso yung kapatid ko. Alam namin siksikan sa loob kaya lalo kameng nag alala sa kalagayan ng kapatid ko ayun at hnde nga kame nagkamli na mangyayare to. Inatakae sya ng ASTMA habang nsa LOOB SYA NG SELDA na ang dapat na nsa loob ay MGA MASASAMANG TAO LANG hndi naman kriminal kapatid ko para ikulong .. plss help me pray po para sa kaligtasan at sa mabilisang pag labas ng kapatid ko
