Former broadcaster Jay Sonza posted on social media the eye-catching thought of the “5th month-sara” but he mean it to criticize the Kapamilya Network in partnership with Zoe TV.

Recently, report has confirmed that Zoe TV will be airing Kapamilya show because the ABS-CBN was not able to renew the franchise. Even though there are several talents from the ABS-CBN transferred to other network like TV5 and some other network, however, the Kapamilya is still airing their program via cable network and digital platforms.

Jay Sonza on his post about “5th month-sara” is relating to the 5th month commemoration since “nasa-sara” ang ABS-CBN due to the failure of franchise renewal.

On the Facebook post of Jay Sonza, he captioned the following statement that seems to be a blatant attack against the Kapamilya network with its partnership with Zoe TV.

“Kung walang lalabagin sa prangkisa ng Kongreso at malalabag sa NTC-DICT ang Zoe Broadcasting (Light Network) nina Sen. Tesda Villanueva at Civac Partylist Rep. Eddie Villanueva….malamang-lamang magkikita-kita tayo sa analog Channel 11 VHF ng Zoe operating at 1,000-5,000 watts only,” he wrote.

Sonza added expressing his “patutsada” against the network saying…

“mahina iyong digital transmitter ng Light 33, maliban na lang kung we will illegally use the abs cbn transmitter & satellite uplink & downlink equipment.”

The post of Sonza hinted the netizens to think that his claim of using the transmitter of the ABS-CBN might be possible of they can encounter problems in using the Zoe TV on airing their program.

Because of this, various comments and reactions from the online community arises. Solid Kapamilya supporters were of course defending the network while there are also netizens expressed comments to criticize the network.
