Phivolcs is currently monitoring the ongoing series of earthquakes. The tremors began at 08:23:36 PM on Monday July 120, in Cortes (Surigao Del Sur) with a magnitude of 4.1.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology also recorded the location of the quake, 06.43°N, 125.72°E – 013 km N 83° E of Malita (Davao Occidental) and the Depth of Focus (Km) is 042. There are no casualties that have been damage.
