Ely Buendia just dropped a fresh new song collaboration with indie rock band Cheats.

The OPM star announced the official release of “Plunder My Heart” on his Instagram.

Ely Buendia is a Filipino musician, writer and director who gained fame as guitarist, songwriter and lead vocalist of the popular Filipino rock band Eraserheads since 1989. However, Ely Buendia, had left the band in mid-March 2002

Meanwhile, the music icon has shared on his Instagram account his new song collaboration with Cheats. Their single is now available on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, and Tidal.

Plunder My Heart” is the second song collaboration between Ely Buendia and Cheats.

Cheats is a 7-piece Filipino indie rock band known for its upbeat, celebratory music, and the fun-feisty harmonies of its two female vocalists.

The band was first formed by Jim Bacarro in 2013, and features Bacarro on vocals, keys, and guitar, Saab Magalona and Candy Gamos on vocals, Manny Tanglao on bass, Jason Caballa and Kyle Quismundo on guitars, and Enzo Hermosa on drums.

The first song collaboration with Buendia was “Grizzly Pool,” which was released in 2019.
