Amid the Coronavirus disease, a lady from Cebu caught by the authorities intercepted after she attempted to get to San Carlos, Negros Occidental to get a hair rebond.

As we all know that Cebu City is now the new epicentre of the COVID-19 disease in the Philippines. Due to that, President Rodrigo Duterte re-imposed the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the City.

However, even with the delicate and due to the increasing number of cases of the virus in the city, some hard-headed people still go out even in unimportant reasons.

One of that, is the lady from Cebu City that was thankfully caught by the authorities after going to Negros Occidental just to get a hair rebond!

Based on an article from Bombo Radyo, the San Carlos Police Station intercepted the lady from Cebu. The lady went aboard using a pump boat to get to Sitio Troso, Barangay Bulwangan at around 10:00 AM on July 4.

Upon entering the city, the lady got herself a hair rebond. However, the authorities just came in time to place the lady in quarantine.

Moreover, the man who got her a rebond was also placed under isolation.

In addition, three minors who tagged along with them on the pump boat were also placed in the city’s quarantine facility, as well as the operator of the sea transportation was also placed under quarantine.

Due to the rising COVID-19 cases, locally stranded individuals (LSI) from Regions 7, 8, and CARAGA have been barred entry from Negros.
