The Department of Social Welfare & Development is calling on the beneficiaries of the 2nd tranche of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) to be registered in the Relief Agad App.
According to the DSWD, 13.5 million specific beneficiaries of the SAP 2nd tranche, only 2 million have registered with the ReliefAgad app.

How to Register?
1. SAP beneficiaries may register to the app by visiting www.reliefagad.ph. (Update: Registration of SAC form is from June 12-16. Call 02-8424-2828 for concerns and clarifications)
2. Using a smartphone, beneficiaries will scan the barcode at the lower right-hand corner of the Social Amelioration Card (SAC) form to proceed with the registration.
3. Fill-in personal information and details of family members.
4. Nominate remittance of payout: Cash, PayMaya, GCash or bank account.
5. Confirm accuracy of provided information. Then input the One Time PIN (OTP).
6. Submit online form.
7. After completing the enrollment, the beneficiary will wait for DSWD’s confirmation and announcement for a payout as it will conduct validations to the submitted registrations.

The areas covered by the second tranche will be based on Executive Order No. 112, S. of 2020 dated May 1. These areas include:
- Region III except Aurora Province
- National Capital Region (NCR)
- Region CALABARZON
- Benguet
- Pangasinan
- Iloilo
- Cebu Province
- Bacolod City
- Davao City
- Albay Province
- Zamboanga City
NOTE: Albay Province and Zamboanga City will also be covered by the second tranche based on the Memorandum signed by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea on May 2.
