Congressman Rodante Marcoleta is marking round on the online world as well as in the local news report in radio and televion following after his revelation of the ABS-CBN’s violations against the constitution.
During the House Committee on Legislative hearing on bills to give ABS-CBN fresh franchise if the congress decided, House Representative Marcoleta explained in details every violations of the ABS-CBN as the basis for the congress not to renew the franchise.

According to Marcoleta, the ABS-CBN did not comply the terms and conditions of the franchise as well as our laws and constitution.
