DOH Reports 380 new cases of COVID-19, total 15,049 as of May 27, 2020

The Department of Health (DOH) provides the latest information on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation in the country, including the actions undertaken by the department in addressing the pandemic, through a ‘Virtual Presser’ on May 27, 2020.” 

As of 4PM today, May 27, 2020, the Department of Health reports 380 new cases (PH14670-PH15409) of COVID-19. The total number of cases in the country is now at 15,049. NCR with an additional 254 new cases, 2 new cases from Region 7, 90 new cases from different regions and 34 new cases for repatriate. DOH also announces 94 new recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 3,506. (SOURCE DOH) 

The Government advised the public to cooperate and do not be hard-headed because you are not helping but an additional problem, please stay on your respective houses and maintain a healthy body to fight the disease.  

Now the cure or antibody is not yet discovered and experts predict this will be available the next year 2021, which is alarming. 

Worldwide Tally! There are 5,591,067 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 2,287,152 has been recovered by the deadly disease and a total of 350,458 deaths as of May 27, 2020.
