Kim Chiu’s classroom analogy is still viral among the netizens. Some netizens made a song cover for fun, using her statement.

Recently, broadcaster Arnold Clavio used Kim’s famous statement to express his thoughts about NCRPO who violated the quarantine protocols.

NCRPO or National Capital Region Police Office held a surprise birthday party or “mañanita” for Chief Major General Debold Sinas last May 8.

Sinas celebrated his 55th birthday, a year before his mandatory retirement from the Philippine National Police (PNP) force. It was held on the NCRPO headquarters located at the Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City.

Arnold made his criticism using Kim’s statement on Instagram regarding the said gathering.

He said in his captions, “SA ILALIM NG ECQ MAY BATAS, BAWAL MAG-BIRTHDAY PARTY, OH BAWAL ANG BIRTHDAY PARTY.

“PERO ‘PAG SINABI, ‘PAG NAG-COMPLY KA NA BAWAL ANG PUBLIC GATHERINGS AT SOCIAL DISTANCING PERO MAY GINAWA KA SA PINAGBABAWAL NILA,

“INAYOS MO ‘YONG RULES NG ECQ NIYO AT SINABMIT MO ULIT SA HEPE MO AY PWEDE NA PALA ANG MAÑANITA.”

Social distancing is extremely observed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I don’t think so na there’s a double standard… Yung gathering po namin, hindi po yun mali.

“Wala po kaming nakitang mali doon, for me ha.

“It’s very ungentlemanly kung hindi ko sila hinarap, at kung pinauwi ko sila.

“They prepared for that. I think we observed naman yung protocol.” Sinas said.

He stated that there was nothing wrong with their gathering since it was closed-door and their observed the social distancing measures.

“I asked an apology, but if some groups will not accept it, okay lang po sa amin.

“I’ve already given my explanation.

“I will have the investigators na lang assess what really happened.” Sinas added.
