Presidential son Davao City Vice Mayor Sebastian “ Baste “ Duterte now monitored after showing symptoms of the 2019 novel coronavirus. He is now a person under monitoring (PUM) for Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), said by his sister Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.

According to Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte, Baste had fever, cough and sore throat and is now under home quarantine and being monitored by a doctor. The confirmation was made through Super Radyo Davao reporter Rodel Natad on “Dobol B sa News TV” aired on GMA News TV.

Davao City Vice Mayor Sebastian “Baste“ Duterte was in Manila four (4) weeks ago. In reports, Metro Manila in the last 4 weeks was the most confirmed case of coronavirus.

A total of 142 cases have been reported nationwide with COVID-19, 12 dead and 3 having recovered the disease according to the Department of Health.

As of March 17, 2020, the latest update of Coronavirus Worldwide, more than 174,772 people have been infected and over 6,686 have died worldwide from the novel coronavirus, have reached some 80 countries and territories. There are 77,867 recovered from the epidemic disease.
