PAGASA Weather Updates on Thursday, February 20, 2020

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announce updates of weather today, February 20, 2020. The Northeast Monsoon is now affecting the country.

PAGASA provision, Cloudy skies with light showers are expected in the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and Aurora as low cloudy to cloudy winds with occasional light showers in Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan are caused by Hanging Breeze.

Moderate to strong northeast winds prevail in Northern Luzon and Aurora. The seaside will be magnificent to the extreme.

PAGASA Forecast is Cloudy skies with light rains are expected over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and Aurora while partly cloudy skies to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan due to Northeast Monsoon.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province. The coastal waters will be rough to very rough.
