In the video you can witness a fast moving black van going in the direction of group of people including OFW and because a collision leaving 2 deaths, 4 in critical condition and 4 also are wounded.

The black van is out and control wherein it can be seen rotating around and what is really shocking is that the victims are seen dragged by the car in the ground.

DFA reports and confirmed the incident and the Filipino people are saddened about the news knowing that OFW are heroes of the country.

Meanwhile the 64 year old is arrested after the incident and expected to face charges of reckless imprudence resulting to murder or homicide.
