In the latest episode of Wanted sa radyo Raffy Tulfo in action part 6 of the viral video, as an update the victims goes to the PRC to file a formal complaint against the Dr. Tomas Joaquin Mendez

Together with the program they go to the legal department of PRC to talk with its legal counsel and shows the viral video.

The reporter ask after watching the video “matapos nyo pong mapanood yung viral video ano po yung puedeng ikaso sa doctor?”

The legal counsel replied “as of now hindi pa kami makapagbigay ng concretong kaso kasi dadaan pa ito sa tamang proceso”.

Atty. Silva advised that the complainant must file a formal complain where in it includes what happened in that day.

Their is also a complainant arrived to sue the doctor for its malpractice of profession.
