Several Local Government Units announce suspension of classes in all public and private schools (Selected Areas Only) on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. In recent news, PAGASA announce Tropical Depression “Quiel” on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019 around 11 am.

“QUIEL” entered the PAR at 8:00 AM. According to PAGASA, “Between today until tomorrow (06 November) morning, “QUIEL” and the Frontal System will bring moderate to occasional heavy rains over Northern Luzon, Zambales, and Bataan. Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms may prevail over Mindoro provinces and Palawan. Residents of these areas, especially those living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to floods and rain-induced landslides, are advised to take precautionary measures, coordinate with local disaster risk reduction and management offices, and continue monitoring for updates, especially the Thunderstorm or Rainfall Advisories and Heavy Rainfall Warnings to be issued by PAGASA Regional Services Divisions.”
