Several Local Government Units announce suspension of classes in all public and private schools (Selected Areas Only) on Friday, November 8, 2019. According to the reports, PAGASA announce Tropical Depression “Quiel” on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019 around 11 am.

Tropical Storm “Quiel” maintains its strength while remaining almost stationary.  According to PAGASA, “Between tonight and tomorrow evening, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains will be experienced over Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Apayao. Light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains will affect Kalinga, Ilocos Norte, Palawan, Mindoro Provinces, Aklan, and Antique.”

Here are the lists of classes suspended on Friday due to inclement weather:

UPDATED:

• Tacloban City: all levels, public and private schools
• Tanauan, Leyte (suspension effective at 10 am) all levels, public and private schools
