PAGASA Updates Tropical Depression “RAMON” November 12, 2019

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announce updates of Tropical Depression “Ramon.” The Low-pressure area east of VIRAC, CATANDUANES has developed into Tropical Depression “Ramon.”

According to PAGASA, As of At 10:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression “RAMON” was estimated based on all available data at 835 km East Southeast of Virac, Catanduanes or 685 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (11.8 °N, 131.7 °E ).

The strength of Tropical Depression “Ramon,” maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 70 kph.

Tomorrow, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains may be experienced over Bicol Region, Samar Provinces, Romblon, Marinduque and Southern Quezon.
